Detailed Product Description

The underground oilfield pipes of Zhongfu Lianzhong,manufactured by advanced fibler winding technology

and steam inside heat-curable technology,are epoxy FRP with excellent performance.The reinforced

materials are no alkali E-glass continuous rovings,and the matrix material is amine cured epoxy resin

The company adopted ISO9001 system to control quality,and each product is tested by 100% of the

water pressure.So that the quality of the product has high consistency and reliability.The production

specification is from 1.5 inches to 8 inches,the maximum working pressure is 21Mpa,the maximum

working temperature is 105,and the nominal length of the pipe is 9.1m.

Fittings:

By using FRP winding technics,the company produces various specs of assorted pipe nipples,coupling

and reducing joints.The standard length of short section of tubing are:0.4m,0.5m,1m,2m,3m.Coupling

and reducing joints which can also be provided according to customer's requirment.

Connection type:

There are two kinds of connection for the underground oil pipes:integral jointand coupling joint,both of

which are designed according to API spec:eight rounds or ten rounds.

Application:

The pipe can be used for sewage treament,oil injection,oil production well  is using electric submersible

pump,gas lift of rod type oil well pump,and chemical water treament pipes or geothermal pipes.It can

also be processed as slotted liner and sieve vessels.
